I led the technical delivery across a six-month pipeline, from planning and system design to on-site execution for two large scale video mapping projects. One project consisted of 35x Panasonic projectors aimed at the National Archive of Qatar. The secondary installation used 40x Barco projectors aimed at the Ministry of Interior of Qatar. 

I designed the entire setup including container-based projector housings and audio system.

I programmed Disguise d3 servers, supervised projector alignment, and coordinated a freelance team from pre-rig through show operations.
