For the exterior of the pavilion, I designed and delivered a projection mapping system covering both the front and side facades of the building.

Full technical design of the projection system
Custom-designed projector towers, engineered specifically for the pavilion geometry
All technical calculations and detailed studies
Complete schematics for power distribution, networking, signal flow and cooling
On-site installation, alignment, calibration, and video mapping
Media server programming and show setup in Watchout
System commissioning and operational handover to a local operator team
In addition to the exterior mapping, I also designed and delivered a custom interior immersive projection installation inside the pavilion.
This installation consisted of a 180-degree projection wrapped around a spherical / curved surface, using a custom Navitar fisheye lens and a custom designed projector mount.
