For a new Dali Immersive Exhibition in Bruges, I was responsible for the setup and operation of the projection system for a long-running immersive exhibition.

I configured Pixera media servers for precise multi-surface playback, handling projector alignment, geometry correction, and feed configuration across the exhibition space. The installation required careful tuning of brightness, black level and image uniformity to preserve visual clarity at close visitor distances and over extended daily operation.

In addition to the AV setup and operation, I supported the handover by making the entire system as autonomous as possible and defining routine checks to ensure stable day-to-day operation throughout the exhibition run.
