Biography
I entered the live-events world early. At sixteen I worked as an apprentice stage technician at De Roma in Antwerp, learning audio, lighting, and the realities of live production. Those years gave me a solid technical base and shaped my connection to theatre and the arts.
I later worked in a cultural youth and arts centre and for various event organisers, supporting artists and managing technical infrastructure. It taught me how spaces, systems, and people come together to create meaningful experiences.
In my twenties I moved toward visual work. I completed my photography degree through self-study, performed hundreds of VJ shows across Europe, and created immersive and interactive installations. This is where my technical discipline and visual sensitivity began to merge.
Over time I grew into a specialist with a broad skill set: concept development, video mapping, media-server operation, system design, previsualisation, and clear presentation design. I worked as a project manager on installations and shows, consulted for organisations, and taught as a guest professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and St. Lucas Ghent.
My career expanded across most European countries and the Gulf region, contributing to immersive installations, architectural projections, and complex high-end AV environments.
Today I work internationally as a video specialist, consultant, and creative technical director, turning ideas into clear concepts and technical plans to deliver unique experiences for audiences of all ages.
